Junior IT Engineer, £160 per day inside IR35 Uttoxeter, Long Term Contract (2 month rolling increments) Bench IT require a Junior IT Engineer to assist a global organisation starting ASAP working full time onsite in Uttoxeter. This role would be a great fit for an individual with 3-6 months IT support or deployment experience or a graduate candidate with relevant studies or internships. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support and assist users with hardware and software issues as well as assist with installation of new equipment. Responsibilities & Experience Respond to IT service desk tickets. Assist users via phone, email, or in-person. Set up and maintain computers and peripherals. Manage user accounts and passwords. Support software installations and updates. Ensure user satisfaction with timely issue resolution. Communicate technical information clearly. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Good communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience (desirable not essential) 3-6 months experience in IT support or relevant internship.
