There are 5 shift teams that work on a shift-based rota system which comprises of 4 (day or night) 12.5 hour shifts, followed by 6 days off. The successful candidate will be expected to investigate technical issues, run diagnostics, and interpret manufacturers management tools to determine root cause and resolve technical problems.
