Our client is a renowned Investment Management Investor, who operates in 14 counties including Ireland. They are looking for a good Workday HCM Analyst, someone who will be responsible for technical change and administration of the Workday and supporting systems. They will act as support for the HR & Finance team, developing enhancements, report writing, support for interfaces, management of the bi-annual feature releases, prioritisation, and delivery of works driven by user need or vendor-led enhancements. This role will provide the candidate the opportunity to broaden their existing experience, as they will be exposed to and configure all areas of the Workday platform across both HR and Finance . The key requirements, 2 years + experience in Workday HCM ; specifically configuring BPs, Security model changes, Reporting, EIBs. Completed Workday training and direct experience in 3-5 of the following LDPs: Core Human Capital Management Benefits & Cloud connect for Benefits. Learning Recruitment Advanced Compensation Talent Optimization Absence Management Cloud connect for Payroll Experience of the bi-annual Workday feature release including safe deployment of new features is essential. experience of a Global HR Department and its processes; including: HR ops Learning Comp & Benefits Absence Recruitment Payroll
