Key Responsibilities BPC Management : Lead the implementation and management of SAP BPC solutions, utilizing both standard and Embedded versions to meet organizational needs. Capex Planning : Develop and manage capital expenditure planning processes using standard BPC functionalities. R&D Planning : Implement and optimize BPC solutions for research and development planning, encompassing both standard and Embedded models. Global Statutory Reporting : Oversee global statutory reporting requirements using standard BPC to ensure compliance and accuracy. US Statutory Reporting : Manage US-specific statutory reporting, leveraging both standard and Embedded BPC models. Intercompany Reporting : Facilitate accurate and efficient intercompany reporting processes using standard BPC solutions. Headcount Planning : Implement and maintain headcount planning solutions within the standard BPC framework. Transfer Pricing : Manage BPC for WECT transfer pricing, ensuring standard practices are followed. Advanced Planning : Utilize Embedded BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for advanced planning and reporting across various organizational areas. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users and team members, ensuring they can effectively use BPC solutions. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and stay updated with the latest SAP BPC technologies and best practices. Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP BPC (both standard and Embedded) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management : Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time. Certifications : SAP BPC certification is highly desirable.
