Electrical Design Engineer Great Yarmouth (Hybrid working by agreement) 6 Month Contract £400+ per day A growing engineering firm is seeking experienced Electrical Design Engineers to support ongoing projects and modular builds. This role is an excellent long term opportunity for skilled professionals to work within a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring designs meet industry and client specifications. Key Responsibilities Oversee design aspects of projects from handover to completion. Liaise with engineers and managers to produce CAD drawings. Compile design specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards. Generate design deliverables supported by other disciplines. Conduct design checks and approvals. Complete procurement Bills of Materials (BoM) for purchasing. Handle project change procedures and provide programme feedback. Take responsibility for allocated projects when required. Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures. Requirements Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in electrical design within relevant industries. Experience working within a multi-discipline engineering team. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Electrical design software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong design and technical skills with great attention to detail.
