The design phase nearly complete, our customer are now moving into prototyping, where data loads will be performed, and interfaces will be developed. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage this critical phase, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation. The Technical Stream Leader will take ownership of the data migration and integration workstream, working closely with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and maintain data integrity. They will oversee the execution of data loads, ensure seamless system integration, and provide expert recommendations on best practices. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM data migration and integration, along with strong leadership skills to guide the process. Fluency in both French and English is essential, as collaboration with stakeholders will be a key part of the role. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage a complex implementation in a freelance, part time capacity will be highly valued. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of iPPE core functionalities, SAP PPDS/ePPDS tools, and integration with third-party solutions. You will assess the impact of transitioning Legacy product models to SAP iPPE and help design and implement solutions to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities Utilise SAP Product Structure (iPPE) to assess the client's Legacy product models. Analyse the impact on business processes and interfaces during migration. Design and build solutions using SAP iPPE and ePPDS tools, including Model Mix Planning with RPM. Develop and configure MRP processes, planning boards, and DS boards tailored to the automotive industry. Facilitate integration with third-party tools and MES systems. Ensure seamless planned order flows and synchronisation between SAP systems and external tools. Work closely with the client's team to understand their business processes and scope of the iPPE solution. Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations and insights to optimise system functionality. Required Skills & experience: Hands on experience on Back flush and iPPE 2-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP PPDS/ePPDS tools. Strong knowledge of SAP iPPE functionalities and their practical application. Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementation involving iPPE and ePPDS. Proficiency in PPDS configuration, solution design, and testing. Expertise in Model Mix Planning with RPM for automotive applications.
