Required technical knowledge and professional experience Fully fluent in English is a mandatory requirement 3+ years of experience in Power BI development & data visualization Strong expertise in DAX , Power Query , and data modelling Experience in creating user-friendly , dynamic dashboards Knowledge with SQL & integrating multiple data sources Strong project and coordination management skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously with various levels of complexity Strong analytical skills and data-mindset, ability to identify actionable next steps and to draw conclusions and make recommendations in a concise way Experience with documenting processes, controls and best practices Familiarity with technology infrastructure, software and services commonly used in the industry Role Collaborate with other IT divisions and stakeholders to understand projects requirements Develop and maintain dashboards & reports in Power BI Design, create and manage interactive power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders Perform data analysis and translate these findings into visually compelling reports Integrate and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports to ensure efficient data processing and quick response times Ensure data accuracy, consistency and best visualization practices Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, data models, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity Support the department in optimising the data analysis and reporting tools Provide training and support to team members on Power BI functionalities
