Access Management and Cyber Engineer - £70,000 - Hybrid (3x week in London) Overview: I am currently recruiting for an Access Management and Cyber Engineer vacancy with one of my clients who are a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in Central London. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management across my clients' banking arm and securities business under a dual-hat arrangement. Role Responsibilities: Provide engineering support for Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) and Identity Access Management (RSA IGL). Develop and enhance access reviews and folder access processes. Gather business requirements and lead solutions for access management. Implement and improve privileged access controls. Investigate and resolve incidents related to access and privileged management. Handle queries related to application operations, such as password and access issues. Liaise with stakeholders for approvals and clarifications via various channels. Contribute to and maintain a Knowledge Management Database (KMDB). Create and update documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Suggest improvements for access management procedures. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions for new applications. Track and update relevant systems and processes. Define and communicate access role responsibilities for business applications. Identify vulnerabilities and gaps in access management processes. Create and monitor KPIs for ongoing operations. Manage Active Directory accounts and groups. Enforce 'least privilege' access methodology. Generate reports using custom SQL queries. Troubleshoot workflow and API issues, especially with ServiceNow integration. Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum Overall experience of 3-4 years in Access Management area. Practical experience of CyberArk and RSA IGL or other applications Experience using SQL/PSQ and Oracle Maintain and upgrade Linux/Windows Servers and databases SQL/Oracle Knowledge and experience of Scripting in PowerShell. React Native Team Lead (Applications) - c£110,000 - Hybrid (2x week in London) Overview: I am currently recruiting for a React Native Team Lead (Applications) with one of my clients who are a global digital marketing and technology agency specialising in online gaming. We are looking for someone who has experience developing and releasing new apps to the market, as well as experience building automation and helping streamline the processes in place, setting the standards within our app estate. Role Responsibilities: Develop and Release Mobile Applications : Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript , ensuring successful deployment. Collaborate on Requirement Gathering and Technical Solutions : Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business and technical requirements, translating them into development tasks. Design and implement solutions that utilize modern REST APIs , with a focus on security best practices and app performance. Automate and Optimize Mobile App Deployment : Build and maintain automation pipelines to streamline the mobile app development and deployment process. Utilize your experience in mobile app deployment automation to improve CI/CD workflows and ensure efficient, reliable app releases. TEC Cost Optimisation - AVP - Up to £75,000 - Hybrid (3x week in London) Overview Our client, a leading, global financial services organisation, are looking for a Cost Optimisation AVP, to provide leadership across global offshoring of resources and cost optimisation. The primary focus of the role includes identification, analysis, and tracking of cost saving opportunities across EMEA Technology. Role and Responsibilities Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with the risk management framework. Manage operational incidents by analysing root causes and implementing preventative measures. Foster a values-driven, inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and innovation. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and industry peers to share best practices. Lead and manage the multi-year Global Offshoring plan to transition resources to cost-efficient locations. Oversee and report on the financial impact of offshoring initiatives across Bank and Securities. Coordinate closely with the Global Efficiency Office, Global IT Division, and senior leadership. Create and present regular reports, including quarterly GELM updates, to key stakeholders. Organise forums and submissions, such as the EMEA Technology Offshoring Forum and Offshoring Champions Working Group.
