Base 24 Developer - Contract Opportunity Fully Remote We are looking for Multiple BASE24 Developers to create a small team that will be delivering build and support to one our financial services clients! You Will: Develop, configure, and maintain payment processing systems using BASE24. Implement and integrate BASE24 solutions for ATM, POS, and Card Management systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to transaction processing. Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Perform system upgrades, patches, and manage BASE24 migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing system performance. Provide technical expertise in BASE24 environment, including system performance tuning, security enhancements, and new feature development. Write and maintain clear documentation, including design specs and operational procedures. Key Skills/Knowledge: Experience: hands-on BASE24 development experience . Technical Skills: knowledge of TAL, Cobol, TACL, C, or C++ in a Tandem/HP NonStop environment. Familiarity with payments industry protocols such as ISO 8583, EMV, and PCI DSS compliance. Experience in ATM/POS device driving, card processing, and transaction routing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of transaction processing systems. Experience in performing system upgrades, patching, and BASE24 application tuning. Experience with fault-tolerant systems and disaster recovery in high-availability environments.
