Head of E-commerce Operations £85,000 London/Hybrid A global eCommerce brand is looking for a Head of E-commerce Operations to oversee multi-market operations across EMEA. This role is responsible for managing all eCommerce processes, ensuring seamless transactions, and delivering a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee order management, payments, fraud prevention, and chargebacks to maintain smooth operations. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency and KPI success. Collaborate with logistics, warehouses, and third-party vendors to drive performance. Monitor and improve processes using BI & Tableau reporting. Ensure all eCommerce SLAs are met, identifying and resolving any order issues. Experience Required: Experienced in eCommerce operations, with a strong background in order management, logistics, and fulfilment. Experienced in fraud analysis, basket analysis, and payments within an eCommerce system. A calm, analytical problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure situations. They are looking for an IT Category & Sourcing Manager to join their successful, dynamic team. As the IT Category & Sourcing Manager, this role will be integral to manage current and new suppliers, and to work across the end-to-end sourcing process. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, advise on best practise and mitigate the risks of procurement.
