Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced D365 architect to work on a large programme with a Financial Services client of theirs. You must have FS experience and can lead the design and architecture of solutions in D365 Customer Service, Power Platform, AI builder, prompt builder and associated Azure services across applications, data, infrastructure and security domains. You will have a deep understanding of the D365 Customer Service module with a background in case management, SLA management, routing and contact management. Design integration architecture to interface with foundational components such as AD, Exchange and other enterprise platforms. Have a deep knowledge of the Dynamics/Power Automate connector library and how to configure and necessary enterprise requirements for using connectors. Have the ability to configure email classification rules, perform entity extraction and manage case handling processes via implementation of power automate and AI builder services with a deep understanding of how to apply Dataverse as part of a solution. For this role you will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week and the role has been deemed to be inside IR35.
