Market Researcher Amsterdam - Hybrid Hourly Rate - Between €92 - €102 Euro Until End of the Year Please note you must utilise an Umbrella Company for this role Responsibilities: Roll out monthly, quarterly and bi-annual Brand Health Tracker fieldwork in collaboration with the Brand Measurement Team and Research agencies, including implementation and testing of survey changes Collect and gather campaign information from the campaign tracking module of the Brand Track Program and script module accordingly Monitor Brand Health Tracker fieldwork across all markets and regions; suggesting any necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and representation of data Ensure data collection meets quality standards and prepare data accordingly Data collection and exporting into software tooling for analysis purposes as well as dashboarding Update monthly Brand Health Tracker templates for brand KPIs Deliver Brand Health Tracker Reports on a quarterly/bi-annual basis and uncover actionable insights based on the research collected Collaborate with other researchers within the Insights Team and drive Brand Track knowledge Run ad-hoc quantitative research for ad hoc needs; including survey design, data collection, preparation, analysis and reporting. Skills: We are looking for an experienced Market Researcher with a track record gained at leading research agencies and/or E-commerce, technology or FMCG companies. The researcher will have well-rounded quantitative experience, passion and inspiration for the role. Proven track record of 3-5+ years as a market researcher, preferably focusing on Brand Track topics and Creative Testing, as part of marketing organizations. Lives and breath quantitative research ; extremely well-versed in survey design, implementation and execution, as well as data collection and analysis of data. Experience in survey sampling and quantitative methods, including and not limited to longitudinal survey-based research Experience using a variety of commercial software tools (JMP, SPSS, Pollfish, Qualtrics), Python and SQL are a plus. Excellent organizational and project management skills and willingness to deliver results under tight deadlines A real team player with solutions-focused and entrepreneurial spirit Fluency in English both spoken and written Good communications and presentation skills BSc/MSc Degree or higher that included some kind of quantitative analytics, such as marketing, consumer psychology, communications, data science or a related field; Preferably based on the NL
