For this role, we are looking for someone who ideally has experience in dealing with clients and customers on a daily basis, and as the newest member of the team you will be fully trained and integrated throughout your first few weeks to ensure comfort and stability. Ideally, somebody with multi utility, EV charge point installations and HV/LV Substation client base business development experience. Industrial & Commercial Business Development would be preferable, as their focus for 2024 and beyond will be targeting this market. You will engage with clients, building and creating faster flowing relationships to maximise the customer satisfaction. Without this key relationship builder, they risk losing the desired satisfaction effect that they strive for. In this role, you will use your knowledge to collate information and give feedback to the Managing Director on a regular basis. You will be able to chase updates on outstanding quotations following your submission, updating relevant systems with clear responses. You will provide a professional administration service to the division as and when required, ensuring correspondence is 100% accurate and is distributed within agreed timescales, including emails, marketing leaflets, company data sheets and other forms of correspondence.
