You will be responsible for modernising, enhancing, and developing their existing Legacy system whilst providing daily technical support to the operation. Responsibilities: Application Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of their software solutions. Investigate and troubleshoot reported service incidents promptly. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance.
