They host a large number of client solutions that need to be operational 24 x 7 with very high up-times and under tight security. Description Point of escalation for support on Infrastructure Systems Administration of all the clients' environments Networking monitoring and improvement Vendor Management Consult on the other team to ensure our solution meets client needs Work with security to ensure our solution are compliant at all times Profile Proven commercial experience and exposure in a service support or similar environment; Microsoft Active Directory System Administration and Group Policy Management MS Server 2008/2012/2016 Microsoft Windows, Teams and MS Office Public Key Infrastructure and Windows Certificate Management Technologies Knowledge and experience of Voice Networking (DHCP, DNS, NPS,VLANs and WAN) technologies File Services (DFS) and file sharing Network Storage Technologies (NAS, ISCSI) Veeam and data backup technologies, shadow copy Firewalls and data protection practices VMware exposure Juniper experience Job Offer A flexible working environment as part of a small team.
