Calling for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join the Software Support team of our leading client on a permanent basis. The role will require 3 days onsite per week - our client is based in London. The Senior Technical Support Analyst will provide a high-quality support service for the maintenance and configuration of business data and systems, including managing IT projects, owning complex housing data processes, and providing functional expertise to other staff members throughout the organisation. Our client is looking for a candidate with: Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis Experience working in a support role (ideally 2nd and 3rd line) Stakeholder requirements gathering experience Experience of mentoring other members Intermediate Excel skills focused on data analysis (eg: VLookup, pivot tables) Proof of Concept design (desirable) Experience with user acceptance testing (desirable) Ability to work independently with systems in a housing environment Strong communication skills: you will share your skills with the rest of the software team and provide support and guidance to other Technical Support Analysts.
