Key Responsibilities: Work with the business to assess their data retention and data loss prevention needs, taking into account industry regulations and compliance standards. Ability to lead the design and implementation of Purview solutions tailored to enhance data retention policies, ensuring the proper classification and life cycle management of data assets. Help develop and implement data loss prevention (DLP) strategies utilizing Purview and other complementary tools to identify, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with data exposure or leakage. Conduct comprehensive data assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable solutions for enhancing data protection measures. Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for implementing data retention and DLP policies, including user training and awareness programs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity experts, legal counsel, and compliance officers, to ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
