I am working exclusively with a forward-thinking company to hire a Director of Sales with experience of driving high performance in a direct to consumer/D2C/B2C digital sales environment. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. You will lead a team of sales agents, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure targets are not just met, but exceeded. This role requires a good understanding of selling digital services to consumers, organising & optimising Salesforce, and introducing technology, automation and sales tools to help convert leads into learner enrolments.
