Templeton and Partners are looking for an experienced content designer to plan and write user interface content for a core commerce product for our Global technology client. The ideal candidate will be an expert in understanding and creating product content, with a strong grasp of UX and writing skills. We value proactive problem solvers with an eye for detail, the ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work on schedule. In your day-to-day work, you will partner closely with product design, product management, and engineering partners to deliver the content. You should be highly solutions-oriented and able to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders. You will need experience in translating complex material into content that is accurate, user-friendly, and engaging. And you will be able to work strategically as well as being comfortable with hands-on writing and editing for mobile experiences. Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years' experience as a content strategist, content designer, UX writer, or technical writer - Preferred experience working in design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Origami - A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables - Proven track record for designing and delivering customer-focused product content - Must be able to manage ambiguity, prioritize work, and improvise in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience working directly with product teams, including UX/product designers, researchers, and product managers Responsibilities - Develop content for buyers and sellers on the product - Coordinate approvals and alignment with a broad range of stakeholders - Plan, write, edit, test, and improve content across the product experiences - Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards - Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to serve a global content audience - Share your work and give feedback to teammates - Execute the above in a deadline-driven environment Job Title: Content Strategist Location: UK (Fully remote) Position type: Remote (11 am - 7 pm) Pay type: Contract £340 per day PAYEE Duration: 6 months (likely extension) If this role sounds interesting to you, please get back to me ASAP as it is a time-sensitive role.
