Qualifications: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including: core/common foundation tables, ITAM tables, discovering data center inventory, reporting, and development methods. Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to assist in determining root cause of problems, offer recommendations or suggestions for a quick, but effective, resolution. Ability to work well in crisis situations. Flexibility to provide off-hours and weekend support for maintenance, testing and emergency support. We have an exciting new role for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, to join an ITSM provider specialising in ServiceNow. The primary role of the Senior Technical Consultant is to work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery of the chosen solution.
