Electrical Design Engineer - Lead Innovation in a Thriving SME Location:- Loughborough Work Style:onsite - 40hrs a week Sector: Specialist Manufacturing Are you the kind of person who sees a machine and immediately starts mentally rewiring it? Do you want your work to make a real impact, not just get lost in corporate layers? Super project for an Experienced Electrical Designer who can bring structure- reviewing templates, symbols, components, and properly setting up AutoCAD Electrical for our configurable products What You'll Be Doing You'll be the go-to person for all things electrical-leading improvements, refining designs, and driving the development of our next generation of products. Key bits include: Design & Deliver: Produce clear, standards-compliant electrical schematics and documentation (AutoCAD Electrical preferred, but we're not religious about it). Own the Process: Specify components, design for global markets, and take ownership from concept through to the shop floor. Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside a friendly and clever team in R&D, manufacturing and production-your ideas won't just be heard, they'll be built.
