SEVAmor Associates are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll Consultant for our prestigious client. The key responsibility is to support ongoing delivery engagement and presales for new opportunities within the company. Key Skills/Knowledge: Good understanding of Oracle product offerings, especially Oracle HCM Cloud Verbal and Written Communication skills in English language Strong presentation and articulation skills Full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll for UK. Good knowledge of Oracle Fast formula for Payroll. Experience with year end process for UK Payroll using Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Experience with conducting workshops with various clients. Networking skills with business prospects is required Experience Required: Strong experience (10+ engagements) design, configuration, delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support services in UK market. Overall 10+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS and Oracle Cloud HCM Experienced (5+ engagements) in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud payroll for UK in a functional lead capacity for multiple clients. Additional experience in project management, change management in large transformation engagements will be preferred Experience in working on joint go to market initiatives with Oracle corporation UK will be considered an advantage Experience in generating sales leads and connects from events like Oracle Open World UK, OAUG and other real/virtual networking platforms.
