Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Compensation Stream Leader to take ownership of the compensation module stream for a 9-month part time engagement. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and optimisation of the compensation system, delivering measurable value to the client. Key Responsibilities: Lead Design Workshops: Conduct and facilitate comprehensive design workshops to gather requirements, align with stakeholders, and develop a clear and actionable roadmap for the compensation module. Stream Management: Oversee the entire compensation module stream from inception to completion, ensuring all phases of the project are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Provide Best Practice Recommendations: Proactively assess the client's needs and current processes, offering tailored best practices and innovative solutions to maximise the effectiveness of the compensation system. Module Implementation: Take charge of configuring and implementing the compensation module, ensuring seamless integration with the client's existing systems and processes. Client Collaboration: Work closely with the client team, maintaining open communication to address challenges, gather feedback, and provide training or support as needed. Ensure Compliance: Verify that the implemented solutions align with relevant policies, standards, and regulations. Required Skills and Attributes: Strong expertise in compensation systems, including design, implementation, and integration. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend and apply best practices tailored to the client's specific needs. Proven experience leading workshops and managing module streams in a structured and efficient manner. A results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering value and achieving project goals.
