As a Hardware Design Authority, you will need to have a broad range of electronics engineering knowledge, experience of taking a leading role on engineering projects and be an excellent communicator. Essential: At least 5 years proven industry experience in an equivalent role Self-starter with ability to demonstrate technical leadership within a multidisciplinary product development environment Strong understanding of product development life cycle principals Broad experience of multidisciplinary electronics engineering product development (Analogue/Digital Electronics, Baseband Electronics) Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure product designs fulfil functional and non-functional requirements and align with broader technical and architectural goals Experience of specifying technical requirements and taking a lead role in delivering against these requirements Experience aligning product development standards and frameworks with the business and technology strategy Desirable: Experience of RF communications system development Experience interfacing with software development teams This Role is Based in Cambridgeshire and would require you to work on-site Ouside IR35 Rate: £60-63 per hour Please visit our website to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
