The largest of these will be the creation of a new portfolio management system (PMS) over the next 12-24 months. This will be a completely greenfield, in-house solution that is currently at its inception. Other projects are the creation of decision making tools in Node and React; the shift of analytics data in SQL to AWS in an unstructured format; the implementation of a new data analytics tool; the migration of quant models written in R to AWS; and improved analytics, created in React and hosted in AWS. The attitude towards technology in the company has shifted so that technology is no longer seen as a cost but a tool to increase the company's profits.
