At a senior level you should've worked with .NET Core, REST, Docker/Microservices. Beyond this there is a real opportunity to get projects under you belt centred on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and NLP. There will be assessment involving mathematical questions/problem solving so a degree of background in a STEM discipline will serve you well.
