IT Supplier Performance Manager London, City £competitive plus bonus & excellent benefits Supplier management, vendor management, performance management, IT, Network, SLA, KPI IT Supplier Performance Manager is required by prestigious and vibrant financial services organisation based in the City of London (remote initially). The onus will be on highly involved IT vendor performance improvement, with a shifting focus as IT VMO maturation promotes, towards the longer term governance of the vendor portfolio. Getting one's 'hands dirty' in KPI management, granular revision of existing performance, procedures and developing short, medium and long term improvement plans, with a view to rolling out remediation actions across the wider vendor portfolio. You will be expected to add a new level of rigor and control to major IT contracts, ensuring they are correctly administered, amended and evolved where necessary, and most importantly, by working with service managers and colleagues, ensure that vendors are delivering to required performance and quality expectations and delivering value. Key Responsibilities: Establish, renovate, improve IT VMO function Define and manage standards and templates for IT contracts Be the reference person/controller when establishing a contract with a new vendor Define and oversee contract change process ensuring active versions of contracts are always available for reference Administration of major IT contracts, including maintaining the contract document library(s), and the governance of contract change workflow Compile and maintain master list of specific and periodic deliverables and obligations and validate their delivery Define method and oversee storage of all contractual obligations and deliverables to enable contract delivery auditing Coordinate service audits to validate vendor obligations are being met Work with Service Managers and vendors to validate service level reporting and to drive accurate invoicing Manage vendor's performance to service levels, working with Service Managers to ensure usefulness and initiate changes where necessary Work with IT Finance to manages invoice resource unit validation Work with IT Finance to prepare budgets concerning vendors under management Conduct periodic vendor spend and savings analytics across contracts under management Work with IT PMO to correctly forecast and manage demand with vendors, including spend pools, new requests for services, etc. Prepare and participate in periodic account review meetings Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience overseeing IT Outsourcing relationships, Extensive experience of managing underperforming vendors, improving performance & governance Ability to determine when pragmatism is needed over precision KPI, SLA management expertise in an IT vendor management setting Extensive experience of managing tier 1, strategic IT supplier relationships within a VMO function Excellent analytical skills supported by Excel data manipulation skills to quickly find omissions and errors in vendor supplied datasets Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills at all levels Ability to adjust to changing demands and priorities For a full consultation on this role please email your CV to Arc IT Recruitment.
