An ICB in London requires a Band 7 Continuing Care Assessor to support them with their reviews backlog. The successful Children's Nurse will be expected to have experience within Continuing Care, including completing assessments/reviews and a strong understanding of the framework. This role will require strong relationship skills including negotiating/setting up packages of care. These role fall Inside IR35 and will be Hybrid working.
