RED are currently seeking an Workday Consultant (Talent & Performance management) with over 10 years of experience to join a SAP S4 implementation project, based remotely
Start date: 17th of March Project length: 5-8 years Contract length: 18 months + Location: Europe - REMOTE
Responsibilities will include:
Support the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA and Workday Talent Performance Management modules.
Collaborate with business and HR teams to gather requirements and assist in translating them into system solutions.
Perform system configuration and customization for Workday Talent & Performance Management, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning.
Assist with the integration of Workday with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
Required skills and experience:
Over 10 years of experience as Workday Consultant
Experience with Talent and Performance Management
Experience in Pharma industry (bonus, but not needed)
Experience with S4HANA (bonus, but not needed)
Good communication skills in English
Availability to join on the 17th of March
