An exciting opportunity for a 1st line IT Support Engineer to join a friendly IT team, to assist in providing full on-site support within the business.
For this role you will be providing 1st line IT support to all departments within the company during working hours and work with the system administrator to:
- Support and maintain server and desktop clients
- Ensure network integrity through: network monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, escalating issues, assist with access control management
- Maintenance of correct data back-ups in line with the correct business plans
- Assist with various other IT projects as required.
