The role is expected to drive business in the Digital Interactive Area in a consultative manner. The duties will include
a. Engaging with Chief Digital Officer/CMO/Senior Architects in client organizations in Travel, Insurance and Banking to drive consulting led technology solutions in Digital Experience and Digital Marketing
b. Consulting on Digital Platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign/Audience Mgr, Sitecore, Full Stack platforms and modern web technologies
c. Leading pursuits on large digital transformation, provide quality technical response and estimations
d. Hands-on skills to drive highly engaging demonstrations/proof of concepts on the digital platforms
15-18 years of IT experience in architecture, design and develop highly scalable and distributed systems for wide range of business domains
Experience in working with multiple WCM solutions such as Adobe AEM (CQ), Sitecore, Teamsite, etc
Extensive knowledge on Front End frameworks, component driven architectures, micro-frontends, microservices and DevOps
Creating digital transformation roadmap
SME with 5 +years' experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions and executed several large scale implementations on Adobe AEM, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
Strong experience in solutioning Digital Assets Management system using Adobe DAM
Experience with DevOps CICD pipeline
Provide thought leadership, implement process, methodology, frameworks, best practices and standards
Hands-on experience in wide range of technologies like Java/J2EE, Open source technologies, Content management system, Data persistence technologies, Enterprise Application Integration and Enterprise security system
Proven ability in managing all stages of projects including strategy and planning, architecture, design, implementation and testing
Help define business requirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping).
Create functional designs, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures.
Help clients define forward-looking business strategies related to digital transformations.
Very effective in communicating and presenting technology ideas and solutions to project stakeholders
