Demonstrates the ability to think creatively and intervenes/responds in crisis situations. Utilizes supervision, consultation and training in providing on-going high-quality trauma informed services to children and their families effectively and efficiently. Demonstrates the ability to work independently. Actively uses supervision and consultation from the Clinical Program Manager and other team members.
