The company are working on cutting-edge technology including AI and propensity modelling. The Software Development Team Lead will be responsible for the software engineering output of the team. This platform is a modern microservice-based Loyalty and Benefits platform, designed to be able to handle all aspects of the Loyalty and Benefits customer experience, globally.
