Responsibilities Design and develop RF circuits and systems for telecom products, including transceivers, amplifiers, filters, Clocks circuits and antennas. Participate in the full life cycle of telecoms Radio product development, from specification and design through implementation, testing and support. Conduct feasibility studies and perform RF simulations to optimise system performance. Coordinate design review activities to ensure that designs meet their requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware and software and test engineers to ensure seamless integration of RF circuits into overall product design. Conduct testing and validation of RF designs, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the RF Design, including design specifications, debug guide and user manuals. Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure successful transfer of RF designs into production. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in RF and telecom to contribute innovative ideas to product development. Develop/maintain supplier relationships. Candidate requirements Bachelor s or master s degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering or related fields. Experience with 4G and beyond technologies. Over 8 years proven Industrial experience in RF circuit design for telecom products, with a focus on wireless communication systems. Knowledge of RF front-end modules, Clocks, FPGA functionalities and architectures. Proficiency in RF simulation tools and design software (e.g., ADS, HFSS). Experience with measurement equipment such as network analysers and spectrum analysers. Familiarity with multi-layer PCB layout and design considerations for RF circuits. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to RF and wireless communication. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
