Power Platform Consultant/Dynamics 365 Consultant - £42,000pa - Manchester/Hybrid We are currently recruiting for a Power Platform Consultant/Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our client, a leading law firm, on a permanent basis. You will sit within the Product portfolio team and be responsible for designing and customising applications, creating workflows and will be crucial in driving innovation and process automation across the firm. The Power Platform Consultant/Dynamics 365 Consultant will also administrate and develop our D365 suite, external facing extranets and help with client facing initiatives. As the Power Platform Consultant/Dynamics 365 Consultant, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): - Power Platform Development: Design, develop, and customize Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate (Flow) to meet business requirements. - Administration and continuous improvement of our D365 suite of applications. - Contribute and communicate training and documentation for end users, attend user groups as necessary, and other user-related activities. - Maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements. - Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and capabilities, evaluate their potential impact on the organization, and propose innovative solutions for process improvement. Ideally you will have worked within a law firm or professional service organisation previously. Experience of D365 is essential, any experience of Power Automate will be highly beneficial. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 2 days per week on-site (Thursday + one other).
