Skills and Experience: Experience of AWS technologies and infrastructure, best practices, implementation and support (including involvement in Well Architected Reviews) ideally for large, public-sector organisations Experience in delivering high quality, practical design documentation for AWS-based services Practical hands-on experience in the establishment, configuration, development, automation, monitoring, and support of enterprise Cloud services including working with in-house teams and external 3rd parties to provide coaching and skills transfer, supporting transition to DevOps ways of working Experience in the practical application of AWS Native Platform as a Service capabilities to reduce the need for bespoke code, and ensure applications are scalable, reliable and secure Play a leading role in our Engineering Community of Practice, driving innovation and best practice adoption as part of an energised community of engineers Help upskill and coach other team members, providing ongoing mentoring and on-the-job training as and when appropriate N.B.
