Guiding other members in an Agile team with a strong focus on continuously delivering value to the customers while making sure that the Sprint goals and Product goals are achieved and is adhering to the Product roadmap . Create and maintain documentation where necessary whilst mentoring the team . Participating in technical discussions with stakeholders alongside the Product owner and Technical Architects to develop and grasp the context of the requirements before implementing them .
