The company have been running for around 15 years now and have over 50 staff members, across the Edinburgh and Glasgow offices (can be fully remote from Scotland this role). They are hiring people for a new role, with up to 3 positions available for the Customer Success Manager. The role: You will be working with clients from early stages of implementation of the software product, from pilot through to deployment. This will include managing the client and their expectations, as well as the general relationship. You will be working across a modern and agile environment alongside multiple teams (Product, Delivery, Software Engineers, Data Scientists etc) as well as the customers, in order to help to improve both the product and how it is best implemented.
