IT Support Technician Liverpool/Hybrid Circa £35K An IT Support Technician is required for our software development client who are based in Liverpool. As the only IT Support Technician within the company, your role will be integral to the organisation. You will be the go-to support for the existing teams' day-to-day IT needs, and you will have the opportunity to create, implement, and support your own IT architecture for the business. Main Duties and Responsibilities Serving as the first point of contact for IT support; providing on-site and remote support for all users. Working to internal budgets build PC workstations from bespoke hardware components and software you specify and order. Configure and test all workstations and laptops for all new employees. Working with our in-house developers, support the network integration, accessibility and security of 3rd party development kits and peripherals. Help configure and maintain company specialty AV equipment. Audit and maintain an internal asset tracking system (hardware and software). Manage company web domains and hosting. Configure, support, and maintain the organisations existing network infrastructure including Switches, Firewalls, Routers, CCTV, cabling, and wireless network equipment. Help to develop company IT policies Manage and testing of data Backups/Disaster Recovery. Experience: 3 years+ experience in a professional IT Support or Technician role.
