Create and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential bottlenecks. Monitor project timelines, identifying and addressing deviations to ensure timely project completion. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project outcomes. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues. Performance Monitoring: Implement project control tools and systems to monitor project performance. Regularly analyze and report on project progress, providing insights into key performance indicators. Communication : Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and stakeholders. Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks. Change Management: Track and assess changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate adjustments to relevant stakeholders. Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related records. Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project controls, preferably in the construction industry.
