Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in all phases of the development cycle, including conception, architecture, refinement, implementation, and support. Work with the Scrum Master to determine project requirements and create work schedules for the development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Investigate and fix bugs identified during testing or production, ensuring the stability and reliability of the software. Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success. Collaborate with other teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects. Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in Scrum Methodology, with experience of working in Agile development teams. Strong knowledge of Git source control for version management and collaboration. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, including pre-processors such as SASS/LESS. Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience using frameworks like React. Experience with Delphi programming language is highly considered. This is a remote based role which will require coming to the office once a month and you will be joining a forward thinking team in a very tech focused organisation that is really pushing to take itself to the next steps.
