Here's what you'll be doing: Assist clients with technical support needs, whether through our Helpdesk or on-site, ensuring timely resolution of reported faults. Prioritize efficiency and effectiveness in resolving client issues. Take ownership of client requests, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of support according to their maintenance agreement. Foster strong client relationships by providing expert technical assistance via phone or videoconference, followed up promptly with email summaries for clear communication. Champion remote diagnostics to swiftly troubleshoot AV systems and infrastructure, minimizing downtime.
