Create, Review, Maintain & Evolve the Tribe DevOps strategy and roadmap - by connecting with stakeholders. Perform PoC/Pilot for the solution. Develop (Hands-on) or coordinate with other stakeholders and implement new/enhanced DevOps solutions for the Data Platform. Coaching/Mentoring the squads to follow new DevOps standards.
