Job Purpose/The Role: Role Description: The role will be a junior technical Support Engineer within the Account Production Services (APS) team, working on the Capgemini HMRC Account. Developing technical skills and working as part of a team in Telford to fault find and resolve technical issues that end users maybe experiencing.
