CRM Operations Expert

What you will be doing:

  • Operation and administration of complex information systems and various technologies
  • Configuration and maintenance of production application infrastructure components
  • Systems monitoring and supervision
  • Involvement in development and maintenance of monitoring tools
  • Ensure systems availability and second level of support
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of the incidents
  • Troubleshooting and analysis for finding the root cause of issues
  • Active involvement in the automation of recurrent processes
  • On call support

What you need to know:

  • This position requires at least 2 years of experience in application administration area, with a proven understanding of applications at a functional and technical level
  • Technical university background– IT, Telecom, Electronics, Cybernetics
  • Very good knowledge of Linux systems – command line and shell scripting
  • Experience in database systems: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL– procedures, packages, functions, scripts
  • Good knowledge of web servers JBoss, Weblogic, Apache, Nginx
  • Experience with one of following monitoring tools and providers: Nagios, Check_MK, Prometheus etc. and best practices
  • Networking knowledge - TCP/IP, DNS, Routing etc.
  • Operating systems: Linux, Unix, Windows Server
  • Programming languages: Python, Java, Perl etc
  • English and Romanian advanced verbal and written skills

Represents a plus if you have experience with:

  • Logstash, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Docker, Rancher, Puppet, Ansible etc.
  • ITIL knowledge
