Job mission: First level of support for users/ key users from MBRO, MBRO dealers or other Daimler entities for Customer360 and or other Applications.
Assist in developing, testing and implementation of Customer360 or other applications for MBRO/ Daimler entities.
May be responsible for the activities like analysis and development, implementation, modification and installation of low complexity systems in different operational environments.
Your responsibilities and everyday challenges:
Assist in collecting and analysing information from system users of the Customer360/ other applications for MBRO or other Daimler entities
May assist more experienced team members for writing/ reviewing system documentation
Test functionalities of the applications under the supervision of a more experienced team member in order to ensure that the application is meeting business and users requirements for Customer360/ other applications for MBRO or other Daimler entities
Documents defects and monitor bug fixing for Customer360 for MBRO or other Daimler entities
Prepare and maintain documentation in order to guide systems users from MBRO/ MBRO dealers or other Daimler entities for Customer360 or other applications
Assist in training MBRO/ MBRO dealers/ other Daimler entities key users/ end users of the system or may do training for less complex functionalities
May develop new features using standard functionalities of MS Dynamics or SharePoint, under the supervision of a more experienced team member
Monitor live systems in order to run accordingly to the business requirements documents (e.g. all interfaces to other systems are working, data are imported correctly, etc)
First level of support for users/ key users from MBRO, MBRO dealers or other Daimler entities for Customer360 or other applications, like for example SharePoint applications
Prepare reports, analysis or marketing lists accordingly to the requests from other MBRo departments
Data imports/ settings for the applications and data quality improvements
Monitoring Web request management and data quality improvement of MBRo Customer360 system
What we expect from you:
University (Degree or pending graduation) in IT, Marketing or Economic
Basic knowledge for concepts like: data bases, logical operators, CRM
Preferable/ not mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the other CRM tool, SharePoint is an advantage
Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
Good command of English
Good communication and teamwork
Technical person, able to understand processes and systems
Quick learning skills, especially for IT concepts and applications
Attention for details
Honest, efficient, dedicated and responsible
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
