Job description - What you will be actually doing?
Assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries
Ensuring accuracy in customer order processes
Answering queries and offering information over the phone and via email
Website order processing
Suggest additional products and services of use to clients
Communicating and providing input on customer issues to the Quality department
Document customer issues in an internal system to ensure accurate tracking of improvement efforts
Investigate and pursue client leads, expanding our client base
You’ll be expected to keep up-to-date with all the latest products and promotions so you can explain it to customers who may be interested.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, PR/Marketing
Required to have at least 2 years progressive customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills – in English and Romanian. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients
Keen attention to detail and excellent memory, making clients feel known
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
Good numeracy skills
Excellent computer skills (i.e. MS Office, Web).

Location of this position: Warehouse online shopping – Online Sales Department, Cluj – Napoca
Job Type: Permanent, full – time.
Hours generally will be Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
